Customers can order from us JSMT hydraulic shearing machine with fixed rake angle, which is designed for sheet metal industry that uses thin sheets.

FRAME: JSMT hydraulic machine has a rigid frame that has interlocked design and it is optimally designed to prevent weak sections. The frame table is welded with steel plates support. A provision of T-slot is provided at the table top surface to facilitate front gauge stopper. Steel plate support is used while welding ram assembly.

ROLLER GUIDES: Three points roller guides guide the upper beam. These are prevented from wear through a replaceable hardened liner. It also eliminates the need to lubricate guides.

HYDR. POWER PACK: Hydraulic system mounted at top at rear side of machine is made of internationally reputed makers, such as Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth, etc. Valves mounted on a compact manifold block minimize piping and risk of leakage. The oil reservoir of sufficient size is given for oil cooling.

CYLINDERS: The precisely honed cylinders are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with sealing elements. Upper beam (cutting beam) is connected with cylinders.

HYDR. HOLD DOWN: Hydraulic hold down pads are given for holding the sheets to prevent slipping and bowing, which results in clean square cut. Hold down units enable clamping while cutting narrow strips.

STROKE: The stroke is adjusted using stroke setting rod and limit switches.

BLADE CLEARANCE: Blade clearance can be manually adjusted by lever on each side of machine with calibration of clearance ideal for thickness.

BACK GAUGE: The machines features a hand operated back gauge is provided.

BLADES: JSMT shears come with single segment (HcHcr) blades with four edgeswhich ensure longer tool life. The blades can be quickly assembled and thus prevents down time.

OPERATION: Operator can use push button or foot switch to operate machine. By pressing foot switch, operator can lower down Hold Down plungers and upper beam initiatesshearing operation.At any given point when this foot switch is released, the upper beam will return back from that point.

FINGER GUARD: This operator safety system is fitted in front of hold down for the protection of operator without obstructing viewing.
