Jay Shakti 'Open Back Pneumatic "C" Frame Steel Body Super Rigid Power Press Fixed & Inclinable

Jay Shakti Machine Tools supplies "Jayshakti" Press in capacities ranging from 10 Tons to 250 Tons; all of which are single geared "pneumatic" type models.

Frame:-The steel constructed rigid frame has an interlocked design. The stain-free frame supports both, bed and ram. Foot switch or both hand is pressed to engage pneumatic clutch & combined brake linked with the flywheel.

Crank Shaft:-Special EN8 high tensile steelis used in the making of this component; the material is machined and ground to highest accuracy.

Bearings :-The high grade gun metal machined bush bearings come with the provision of oil grooves that ensure oil lubricant is filled completely to smoothly run machine in all conditions.

Knock Out :-The power press with capacity above 10 tons comes fitted with knock-out brackets to stop down the parts drawn.

Ram :- The high tensile cast iron/cast steel constructed Ram comes with round die shanke hole and clamp. There are screws on the side to tighten it. No hit and trial method is needed to adjust the stroke with the slide.

Stroke :-Every power press is manufactured with adjustable stroke. The adjustment in the stroke can be done with the multiple Claw Sleeve with graduation. There is no need of hit and trial method by the operator to adjust the stroke.

Fly Wheel :- The high grade C.I. made fly wheel generates the maximum energy.
