Construction:-IS 2062 Grade Rolled steel plates are used in the construction of all "Jay Shakti" Guillotine Shears. Table and cutting beams are deeply reinforced and finished machines after stress relieving. The frame comes with interlock design that provides direct support, which is why frame is strain free and eliminates the need of welding at load supports which is why the accuracy of the machine is compromised.

Clutch &Brake:-The shearing machines come with rolling key type clutch made from alloy steel. The continuous stroke capability of the clutch enables mass production. The brake on the main shaft allows to do adjustment for increasing accuracy and performance.

Hold down System:-The machines come with spring loaded holding pads, which maintain stable, positive pressure along the full length of the workpiece in order to prevent slippage, irrespective of the variation in thickness.

Blades:- The machines feature single segment (HcHcr) Blades for longer tool life. The four edged shear blades are easy to be assembled and reduce downtime.

Lubrication:-Hand-operated lubrication system lubricates all bearing parts and guide surfaces.

Mechanical Back gauge:-The Jay Shakti shears feature this standard equipment. The reading of distance between shear and back gauge is instantly displayed on the scale provided on the back gauge. It prevents errors encountered and maintenance required in electronic equipment.
